摘要：目的 探讨奥美拉唑用于非静脉曲张上消化道出血病症的临床治疗情况；方法 将我院治疗的非静脉曲张上消化道出血的62例患者随机分成观察组31例(奥美拉唑连续静脉泵入治疗)和对照组31例(常规奥美拉唑剂量间断静脉注射治疗)，比较两组患者的治疗效果；结果 两组的治疗有效率相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)；结论 奥美拉唑对于非静脉曲张上消化道出血病症的治疗非常有效，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the omeprazole for clinical treatment of the varices hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract symptoms. Methods The hospital treatment of varicose veins in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in 62 cases of 31 cases were randomly divided into observation group (continuous intravenous pumping omeprazole treatment) and control group in 31 cases (conventional intermittent intravenous omeprazole dose treatment) ......
