摘要：目的 探讨七氟醚用于休克患者麻醉诱导的临床效果；方法 将我院治疗的66例休克患者随机分为观察组33例(七氟醚麻醉诱导)和对照组33例(异丙酚麻醉诱导)，对比两组的效果；结果 两组患者经过诱导后的SBP、DBP、MAP指标均相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；结论 七氟醚作用于休克患者的麻醉诱导，一方面可以提高患者血液循环的稳定性，另一方面它具有较高的安全性能。
