摘要：目的 探讨磁共振(MRI)在脊髓亚急性联合变性诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析10例经临床证实的脊髓亚急性联合变性患者的MRI表现，总结其影像特征。结果 脊髓亚急性联合变性多为中老年男性，多累及颈胸段脊髓的后索及侧索，于T2WI序列表现出斑片状高信号无明显强化。临床上多表现维生素B12缺乏及不同程度贫血。结论 结合临床与MRI表现，可对脊髓亚急性联合变性做出正确诊断。
