摘要：研究护士在药物临床试验中占有不可或缺的中心与协调地位，本文阐述研究护士基本要求、选择、培训、职责等，为研究护士队伍建设提供依据，促进适应我国国情的研究护士的发展，从而保证药物临床试验的质量。
