摘要：目的 探讨胆结石患者围手术期护理方法和效果。方法 选取我院2012年5月～2013年5月收治的45例胆结石患者，将其随机分为常规护理组和实验护理组，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果 在并发症发生率上，实验组明显低于常规护理组；实验组患者对健康知识的掌握程度和护理满意度均高于常规护理组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 有效合理的护理方法可以大大减少并发症的发生，提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度，改善护理效果，提高患者生活质量。
