摘要：由于优质护理的开展，护理模式的改变，从而调入大量年轻护士从事护理工作，但随着医学的快速发展，对护士的要求不断提高。目前科室的年轻化，首先提高年轻护士整体素质，才能提高科室的整体水平，促进科室发展，更好地服务患者。
