摘要：目的 探讨育龄妇女患膀胱结石的原因、检查及治疗方法。方法 通过我院2例育龄妇女患膀胱结石就诊治疗过程分析。结果 1例患者采取体外碎石结合膀胱镜治疗，2例患者诊断明确采取妇科外科联合手术，2例治疗较满意。结论 妇女原发膀胱结石非常少见，如诊断膀胱结石，一定详细询问病史，准确诊断，采取较合理的治疗方法。
