摘要：目的 探讨老年上消化道出血的原因和特点。方法 回顾分析363例患者的临床资料。结果 363例患者经治疗，死亡19例，其中食管静脉曲张破裂出血17例，肾功能衰竭1例，恶性肿瘤1例，其余患者均治愈出院。结论 临床医师应了解老年人上消化道出血的病因及特点，有针对性的预防和治疗，提高其生活质量。
