摘要：目的 观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠的临床疗效。方法 回顾120例临床确诊早期妊娠患者，第1d空腹顿服米非司酮150mg，第3d早8：00空腹阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇0.6mg，观察孕囊等组织排出情况等。结果 完全流产96例，占80%；不全流产16例，占13.3%；流产失败8例，占6.7%。总有效率占93.3%。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠成功率高，安全、有效。
