摘要：目的 探讨彩色超声诊断仪在西藏地区诊断肝脓肿中的作用。方法 回顾性分析自2009年～2014年来我院就诊的20例肝脓肿患者，经腹部B超的诊断，并经CT证实。结果 20例肝脓肿均经手术及穿刺证实，其中10例经过动态跟踪观察确诊。肝右叶脓肿15例，肝左叶5例，单发病灶20例，无多发病灶。2例曾考虑为肝癌，经增强CT后证实为肝脓肿。结论 腹部B超对诊断肝脓肿具有重要的临床指导意义。
