摘要：目的 了解肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药特点，从而指导临床用药。方法 主要用纸片扩散法检测其耐药性。结果 肺炎克雷伯菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药率达到了30%以上，对碳青霉烯类抗生素仍保持敏感性。结论 肺炎克雷伯菌多重耐药。了解我院痰标本中的肺炎克雷伯菌可指导临床医生及时合理用药。
