摘要：结核病是尘肺病最重要的合并症之一，无论是尘肺的早期或是晚期，是否感染结核对临床诊治以及其预后转归都有重要意义。特别是早期尘肺结节融合与结核病灶常常相互掩饰而隐藏、隐匿，易造成误诊及漏诊，贻误治疗时机，从而导致尘肺呈晋级加快的严重后果。

    Abstract：Tuberculosis is one of the most important complications of pneumoconiosis，pneumoconiosis either early or late，have important significance is infected with TB diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of clinical outcome.Especially early pneumoconiosis nodules fused with tuberculosis often cover each other and hide，conceal，could easily lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis，delay in treatment time，which leads to serious consequences pneumoconiosis was accelerated promotion.
