摘要：目的 探讨原发性高血压病患者血压变异性与脑出血的关系。方法 将50例单纯原发性高血压病患者(A组)和50例原发性高血压病合并脑出血患者(B组)行24h动态血压监测，对两组的日间、夜间、24h的血压变异性进行分析。结果 B组24h血压变异、日间血压变异性均显著高于A组(P<0.01)。结论 原发性高血压患者脑出血的发生与血压变异性密切相关。
