摘要：目的 通过急性阑尾炎的超声图像表现，探讨急性阑尾炎的超声诊断价值。 方法 搜集本院2011年2月～2014年3月手术病例证实的50例急性阑尾炎的临床和超声资料，回顾性分析超声图像特征对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。结果 本组50例急性阑尾炎的超声诊断正确者48例，诊断准确率为96%，其中单纯性阑尾炎10例，化脓性阑尾炎32例，坏疽性阑尾炎5例，1例为回盲部肿瘤。结论 超声图像特征对急性阑尾炎的诊断准确率高，已经成为疑似急性阑尾炎患者的最为行之有效的方法。
