摘要：目的 为了提高肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的成功率。方法 选择本院2012年～2013年行肘上赛丁格技术PICC置管的肿瘤患者16例，选择可触摸的肘上贵要静脉，采用静脉留置针配合塞丁格穿刺置管。结果 16例均成功置管，其中1针成功穿刺14例，2例2针成功穿刺，置管成功率提高。结论 22G贝朗安全型静脉留置针配合塞丁格穿刺法应用于肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管术，提高了穿刺成功率。
