护患沟通在CCU病房护理中的应用
摘要：探讨护患沟通对入住CCU患者的影响。我科于2012年起对入住CCU患者通过开展护患沟通，缓解患者的紧张、焦虑心理，使护患双方相互理解和配合。良好的护患沟通能防止护患纠纷的发生。关键词：护患沟通；CCU；应用
Abstract：To investigate the effect of nurse patient communication on the patients with CCU. In 2012， I have carried out the nurse patient communication in the CCU patients， and relieved the patient's tension and anxiety， and made the nurse patient mutual understanding and cooperation. Conclusion good nurse patient communication can prevent the occurrence of nurse patient disputes.
