摘要：目的 观察皮肤牵张闭合器对各种创面修复的临床疗效。方法 对20例不同创面采用皮肤牵张闭合器封闭创面。结果 皮肤牵张闭合器将创缘张力分散到周围皮肤上即时闭合创面，缩短愈合时间，减少手术次数，代替传统的创面植皮或皮瓣手术。结论 皮肤牵张闭合器修复创面简单、方便，创面愈合时间缩短，愈合疤痕小，对创面修复效果显著。
