摘要：医院通过等级复审，对病案室进行了完善管理制度，合理配置管理人员，改善软硬件条件，采取建立病案书写质量各病区自查，病区间环评，利用电子病案质量监控系统形成环节和终末病案质量闭环监控体系，提高病案书写质量，促进了病案管理制度化和规范化。
