摘要：目的 观察罂粟碱持续静脉滴注对颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中脑血管痉挛的防治作用。方法 将132例行颅内动脉瘤栓塞术的患者随机分为观察组与对照组，两组均常规予以肝素盐水经动脉导管持续灌注，观察组在此基础上加用罂粟碱盐水静脉持续滴注。观察手术过程中两组患者出现严重脑血管痉挛和脑血管闭塞的情况变化。结果 观察组术中严重脑血管痉挛和脑血管闭塞发生率明显低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 在颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中经静脉持续滴注罂粟碱对术中严重脑血管痉挛和脑血管闭塞具有良好的防治作用。
