摘要：先天性束带综合症(congenital constricting band syndrome，CCBS)为临床少见病种，出生时可见完全性或不完全性环绕肢体软组织的凹陷，多发于小腿，足趾、前臂、手指，偶尔在躯干亦有发现，可同时伴肢体畸形。手术方法是彻底松解束带，做对偶皮瓣Z字成形。传统的观点认为束带要分2～3期手术，以防止皮瓣坏死和影响肢体血运，随着医疗水平的提高，技术方法的不断改进，1期手术直接做Z字成形松解完全可能，减少了手术次数，缩短了治疗时间，使获得良好的发育。
