摘要：急性阑尾炎患者给予术前心理护理、必要的术前准备，术后病情观察，康复指导等护理措施，可以降低阑尾炎患者术前紧张、焦虑等情绪，降低术后并发症发生，并且能顺利愈合，术后门诊随访3个月患者无并发症发生。
