摘要：目的 探讨腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复肢体远端创面护理体会。方法 采用吻合血管的腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复肢体远端缺损25例，其中足部11例，手部14例。缺损面积：2cm×8 cm～8cm×14cm。结果 所有患者皮瓣成活，皮瓣质地柔软，富有弹性，不臃肿，恢复了一定的触觉。结论 腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣可以用来修复肢体远端缺损，尤其对手 足部创面的修复有较为满意的临床疗效。
