摘要：目的 探究急性昏迷患者急诊急救方法，以此提高抢救成功率。方法 2013年以前急诊科对于急救昏迷患者一般采用根据并发症救治的常规急救，2013年开始采用针对昏迷原因的急救。将根据并发症状的急救方法设为对照组，针对昏迷原因急救方法作为研究组，比较两种治疗方式的成功抢救率。结果 观察组成功抢救率为88.0%，对照组为64.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊急性昏迷患者的过程中应该根据患者具体昏迷原因实施急救，从而提高抢救成功率，及时挽救患者生命。
