摘要：目的 探讨小儿动脉采血的临床效果。方法 将1岁以内血标本采集患儿随机分为对照组和观察组(各103例)，对照组采用静脉采集血标本，观察组采用桡动脉采集血标本。结果 观察组的穿刺成功率、标本合格率、局部不良反应、患者满意度等均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用桡动脉采血可明显提高穿刺采集成功率，减少标本溶血的发生，减少局部不良反应，减少患儿痛苦，提高护理满意度。
