摘要：目的 以我院的铜绿假单胞菌作为研究对象，分析其耐药变迁情况。方法 分别才用两种试验分析其耐药变迁情况，一种是鉴定试验，另一种是药敏试验。分析药敏结果及耐药性。结果 通过统计分析2011～2013年间铜绿假单胞菌的检测率，结果发现其呈逐年下降的趋势。结论 多种抗生素对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌作用均有不同程度的下降，在本院中，铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性呈下降趋势。

    Abstract：Objective To analyze the changes in our hospital resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Strain identification and susceptibility testing. Analysis of susceptibility and resistance. Results In 2011～2013 years in clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the detection rate decreased year by year. Conclusion P. aeruginosa to many antibiotics produce varying degrees of resistance. But in our hospital in Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to multiple antibiotics is declining.
