摘要：目的 探讨改良中心静脉导管在胸腔引流术中的护理。方法 对40例经改良中心静脉置管引流术的胸腔积液患者，术前进行个性化心理护理，加强引流管引流术后引流、穿刺点的保护及预防感染。结果 40例胸腔积液患者均成功治愈，无并发症，全部病例均经胸水取出，缓解压迫症状。结论 改良中心静脉置管方便、安全、有效，是保证引流成功的重要措施。
