摘要：目的 探讨妊娠合并心脏病的临床护理措施。方法 对我科2013年12月～2014年12月收治的27例妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果 27例患者经过精心治疗及护理，无死亡病例，未发生感染及心衰等并发症。结论 通过临床护理工作使采取有效措施减轻心脏负担，防止母体和胎儿的缺氧，患者无感染症状出现。
