摘要：目的 探讨关节镜下肩关节手术治疗肩袖损伤的护理及功能锻炼方法。方法 对72例肩袖损伤患者进行术前护理、术后护理及功能锻炼。结果所有患者均随访12个月，平均随访时间6个月，平均9个月。72例肩袖损伤恢复良好，52例优，16例良好，4例一般。结论 肩关节镜手术的护理和功能锻炼是肩关节功能恢复的保证，而系统的标准化是肩关节镜手术成功的关键。
