摘要：早产儿指胎龄小于37w而大于28w的新生儿[1]，早产儿各器官系统发育不成熟，生存能力差，并发症多。尤其早产儿营养问题也越来越受到重视，非营养性吸吮(NNS)指不能接受经口喂养的早产儿，在采用鼻胃管喂养时，在婴儿口中放置无孔安抚奶嘴，以增加其吸吮动作，而无母乳和配方奶的摄入[2]。
