摘要：目的 观察奥扎格雷钠联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 130例脑梗死患者，随机分为两组，对照组应用奥扎格雷钠和常规药物治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上，加用血栓通粉针治疗。结果 对照组总有效率73.8%，治疗组总有效率95.4%，两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 奥扎格雷钠联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死优于单纯内科治疗，无明显不良反应。
