摘要：目的 探讨右美托咪啶用于椎管内麻醉中清醒镇静作用。方法 研究组给予右美托咪啶镇静，对照组使用丙泊酚镇静。记录两组椎管内麻醉患者BIS、OAA/S评分情况。结果 研究组给药10min、30min、手术结束等各时间点BIS、OAA/S评分均显著低于对照组，对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对椎管内麻醉患者给予右美托咪啶可显著提高其镇静效果，有利于保障患者手术成功率及临床疗效。
