摘要：目的 探讨治疗老年股骨颈骨折时人工全髋置换术和人工股骨头置换术的临床疗效。方法 根据不同的手术方式把我院收治的98例股骨颈骨折老年患者分为A、B两组。A组采用人工全髋置换术，B组采用人工股骨头置换术治疗，分别记录两组患者早期并发症几率、随访临床疗效。结果 随访3年和5年时，A组疗效优良率明显高于B组，数据具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 采用全髋置换术的远期效果优于人工股骨头置换术，早期并发症率较低。
