摘要：总结了26例食道癌术后胃食管返流患者的护理经验。包括消化道护理、体位护理、饮食护理、穴位按摩加多源红外线理疗等护理干预，有效减轻了食道癌术后胃食道返流，均治愈出院，笔者认为精心有效的护理对于促进胃食管返流患者的康复至关重要。
