摘要：目的 探讨急诊床头拍片肩锁关节脱位漏诊原因及如何避免漏诊。方法 搜集我院2003年5月～2014年12月急诊床头DR胸部拍片，肩锁关节脱位漏诊12例。结果 本组12例初次床头拍片漏诊，后经复查确诊，II度损伤4例，8例III度损伤，1例II度损伤保守治疗，余11例患者行手术治疗。结论 急诊床头拍片，肩锁关节脱位易漏诊要注意复查对比。
