摘要：目的 观察颈2背根神经节的脉冲射频治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法 通过回顾性调查研究了78例经保守治疗无效的颈源性头痛患者，在影像学引导下进行穿刺定位，再行颈2背根神经节脉冲射频治疗，对患者治疗前及治疗后2个月进行VAS评分并进行分析。结果 随访2个月后VAS评分改善》75%有30例(38.5%)；疼痛明显缓解者(75%>VAS评分改善≥50%)31例(39.7%)；无效者17例(VAS评分改善<50%)(21.8%)。所有患者脉冲射频后无严重并发症。结论 颈2背根神经节脉冲射频对颈源性头痛有治疗作用。
