摘要：分娩易受产妇心理状态的影响，焦虑、恐惧等不良的心理状态均可使产程延长。健康教育作为整体护理的重要组成部分，对初产妇实行产前健康教育，可以减轻产妇的心理负担，消除紧张焦虑情绪，使之获得安全感，减轻产痛，缩短总产程时间，减少剖宫产及降低难产率，促进自然分娩。
