摘要：目的 探讨米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取出宫内节育器的临床效果。方法 30例绝经后妇女于取出宫内节育器前2 h，舌下含服米索前列醇。结果 30例中有28例顺利取出宫内节育器，未用扩张器，2例经宫颈扩张器扩张宫颈至5号后顺利取出宫内节育器。结论 妇女绝经后取环，空腹舌下含服米索前列醇200 mg，取得很好效果，值得临床推广应用。
