摘要：幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori，HP)是具有高感染率的慢性感染性致病菌，大部分成人HP感染在儿童期获得。HP感染与儿童慢性胃炎、消化不良、慢性腹泻和复发性腹痛等的发病密切相关。近年来有些研究表明，HP感染与小儿的许多胃肠外疾病密切相关。本文通过阐述对几种小儿胃肠外相关疾病的研究，以期待提高人们对HP感染与胃肠外疾病关系的重视，为进一步拓宽抗HP治疗的适应证提供更多理论依据。
