摘要：目的 探讨肺栓塞患者经PICC置管入上腔静脉进行溶栓治疗的有效性。方法 经患者上肢贵要或肘正中静脉置入PICC导管于上腔静脉处连接微量泵持续注入溶栓药物。结果 我院15例肺栓塞患者通过采用此法进行治疗均取得较为满意的治疗效果。结论 采用经PICC导管进行溶栓治疗肺栓塞不仅是一种简单有效的治疗方法，还具有创伤小、费用低等优点。
