摘要：目的 总结治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床经验。方法 回顾性分析68例结核性胸膜炎病例。结果 针对不同的结核性胸膜炎选择不同的治疗方案，能有效控制胸膜炎症促进胸腔积液吸收。结论 只要规范治疗，本着早期抗痨治疗，积极抽出胸腔积液，辅以激素的合理应用，可取得较好的临床疗效。
