摘要：目的 探讨体外反搏治疗的护理配合及其效果。方法 回顾性分析98例老年患者体外反博治疗及护理配合，对患者病情变化密切观察，对其治疗的护理配合效果进行分析。结果 本次研究纳入的98例患者中，治疗1个疗程46例，2个疗程35例，3个及以上疗程17例；在治疗的过程中，有7例患者有轻微不适症状发生，其它患者在反搏治疗中并未有发生任何不适或者是其它并发症状。结论 在体外反搏治疗的过程中辅以严密的护理配合，有助于患者体外反搏治疗的顺利开展，提高治疗疗效。
