摘要：目的 研究探索音乐影响肿瘤患儿进行腰穿治疗中的应用。方法 共有40例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患儿纳入本研究，40例被分为音乐治疗组及对照组。其中20例在治疗后由专人进行访谈。结果 音乐治疗组患儿疼痛评分更低，心率及呼吸频率均较低。访谈结果显示，音乐治疗组的患儿对音乐治疗持肯定态度，包括更少的疼痛及恐惧感。结论 作为一种非药物干预方法，在腰穿时采用耳机音乐疗法可以减轻患儿疼痛及焦虑，而且花费低，容易实施。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of tumor patients with music therapy in the application of lumbar puncture. Methods A total of 40 children with non Hodgkin's lymphoma were included in this study. 40 patients were divided into music therapy group and control group. 20 people were interviewed by the person in the treatment.
