摘要：目的 研究基层老年焦虑/抑郁患者的药物滥用情况和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析2012年1月～2014年2月我院住院收治的80例老年焦虑/抑郁患者的临床治疗资料。结果 80例患者中，止痛药、补益药、感冒药、抗感染药以及催眠药的滥用率分别为65.0%、80%、57.5%、27.5%以及25%。结论 基层老年焦虑、抑郁患者具有较高的药物滥用率，采用分级治疗的方式效果较好。
