摘要：目的 探讨乳头溢液的诊断方法与外科治疗的临床治疗效果。方法 选择我院收治的乳头溢液患者中，选择80例作为研究对象，将80例乳头溢液患者的临床病历资料进行回顾性分析，总结乳头溢液的诊断方法与外科治疗的临床疗效。结果 80例乳头溢液患者术前与术后的诊断准确率有87.3%。同时80例乳头溢液患者均手术成功，在术后为期3年的随访中发现，80例乳头溢液患者均无复发。结论 乳头溢液的临床诊断方法较多，应用乳管镜联合乳腺彩超的诊断方法可以提高诊断准确性，同时外科手术治疗乳头溢液临床效果显著且复发率低，值得临床的推广及应用。
