摘要：目的 探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)在房间隔缺损(ASD)患者行介入封堵术中的应用价值。方法 术前运用经胸超声心动图测量42例房间隔缺损的患者缺损大小，术中利用超声心动图观察封堵效果，并了解缺损大小与封堵器大小的之间的关系，术后对其有无残余分流、封堵器的位置、形态进行跟踪分析。结果 42例中有40例成功封堵，成功的40例中有6例存在较长的软缘，剩下的34例中术前超声心动图测得房间隔缺损大小为(18.4±6.4)mm，术中成功释放的封堵器大小为(25.9±7.3)mm，房间隔缺损大小与封堵器大小之间显著相关，r=0.92，P<0.01。结论 超声心动图能够较准确的评估缺损大小，缺损是否适合封堵治疗，可以有效、安全的指导房间隔缺损的患者进行封堵术。

    Abstract：Objective To discus the value of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) in transcatheter closure in patients with atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods Using transthoracic echocardiography measure 40 patients with atrial septal defect defect size before surgery. Using echocardiography to observe plugging effect during surgery. And understanding the relationship between the size of the defect and the occluder . After surgery using echocardiography to track anailsis whether there is residual shunt 、the position of occluder and the change of theheart shape.
