摘要：目的 信息素养是实习护士教育的重要内容，因此必须在实习阶段予以提高。方法 针对实习护士信息素养教育的特点，在调研和分析实习护士信息素养教育现状和特点的基础上，结合国内外先进经验，研究和探析了基于"Triumph"法则的实习护士信息素养教育整合理论。结果 实习数据显示，该法则能极大的提高实习护士的信息素养。结论 阐述了其中的改革理念、问题破解方法和实施思路，提出了相关建议。
