摘要：目的 探讨对恶性肿瘤患者行DC-CIK免疫治疗的护理方法。方法 对2011年12月～2014年10月613例生物治疗患者给予全面的护理并记录不良反应。结果 其中有34例患者回输后30 min后体温达38℃，分别给予非那根25 mg肌注后体温逐渐恢复正常。其余患者顺利完成治疗，无不适反应发生。结论 Dc-CIK细胞治疗作为肿瘤生物治疗方法中的一种，其不良反应小。心理护理和规范的护理操作对保证治疗顺利进行起着重要的作用。
