摘要：目的 讨论通过对单纯腰椎压缩性骨折复位前后的护理方法。方法 分术前、术后对患者进行心理护理、指导功能锻炼、饮食调理等指导。结果 护理了大量腰椎压缩性骨折的患者，取得了较好的疗效。结论 为医生顺利完成复位术创造了条件，为患者的尽早康复取得了保证。
