摘要：目的 甲沟炎拔甲术采用不同麻醉方法的临床研究。方法 将63例甲沟炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，术前麻醉观察组采用局部水平进针麻醉法，对照组采用指根神经根阻滞麻醉法，比较两组患者麻醉显效时间、手术时间。结果 观察组患者麻醉的平均显效时间、手术时间均比对照组优越，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 局部水平进针麻醉方法显效时间快，可缩短手术时间，术中出血少，有利于伤口愈合。
