摘要：术后心房颤动是心脏手术术后最常见的并发症之一，近年来的研究发现，比如手术创伤、术后心房压力的改变、化学性药物的刺激以及交感神经的兴奋等等这些因素都能导致术后房颤的发生。然而术后房颤发生的具体机制还未阐明，结合近年来的研究成果，就炎症、氧化应激与术后房颤作一综述。
